| About Now Media Group

Based in Petaluma, California, Now Media Group was originally founded with the purpose of helping to find an easy and simple fund-raising
method for schools. A local parcel tax had failed twice in our community, and this had a significant impact on local school programs.
We recognized that schools are continuously trying to generate revenues to fund various programs with ever-increasing difficulty. Traditional
fundraising methods range from having bake sales and selling Christmas wrapping paper, to having corporations advertising their
products in schools themselves.
We wanted to provide a really simple way for parents, families and the community to contribute
to the school of their choice as easily and effortlessly as possible. The result was Schoolsnow.com, an online shopping program that lets
supporters contribute to the group of their choice by shopping through the SchoolsNow portal with any of our brand-name merchants. SchoolsNow.com then
contributes a portion of the purchase amount back to the group - at no extra cost to the shopper, and unlike other programs, at no cost
to the group or school.

| Our next phase was to develop a line of web-based communication tools which would serve to connect the website with the community. We also
realized that we could further help fundraising efforts by expanding our services to include shared-revenue advertising, as well as offer our
services to other groups and organizations, including associations, clubs, non-profits, small businesses and religious organizations.

| Who we are

Other than being professional technology developers, we are also regular parents and active members of our community.
We know first-hand what it's like to see school and other types programs cut and opportunities missed because of a lack of funding. We wanted to
provide a really easy way to raise funds for all schools and organizations. We decided to take our combined 30 years of
experience building software and internet applications and apply it to this effort.
